• Mountable on all 5 axis machine tables and Rotary tables, due to our “unique” clamping design.
• Every internal part has a hardness of HRC 60 ± 2, which makes the whole body super wear-resistant.
• Its benefit is high repeat accuracy and extremely short set-up times.
• Fixtures/vises mounted on this product can be rotated by 900, with a centering accuracy of 0.01 mm.
• Supports grid patterns (most common) of 52×52 and 96×96.
• Workpiece clamping Repeatability up to 0.010 mm.
• Comes with Aligning Keys, so as to align it on the machine table.
• Can be supplied with pre-drilled and tapped mounting patterns, to make it compatible with the most commonly used T-slot machine-table standards in the market.
• For the centering key to be included, we have to be informed about the required bore size.
• Comes with a H7 tolerance precision bore at the bottom center so as to accurately center it using a centering key on 5 and 4 axis machining centers.
